Well, I've been doing a terrible job at updating people on my progress! I'm now currently serving in the exotic location of Midvale Utah East Stake! My Companion is Elder Allapitan, (from the Phillipines) and we're having a wonderful time with zero investigators! :p

But in all seriousness, I really do like this area. While we haven't found anyone to teach (yet!) the members here are nice, and very helpful. Also, it's flat so it's just like home! (Well, except I can't see the sun rise or set on the horizon. Just mountains everywhere.)

We have a lot of people who are already members, but who haven't been to church in years. So we come on by, see how they're doing, and help them regain the testimony that they used to have! It's really cool, watching people start becoming happy again. I've also been able to help some people stop smoking, and that was awesome to watch them kick that habit!

I think the main reason we don't find many people who want to learn more, is because they're in Utah they've seen LDS people everywhere and already met with missionaries before, so they already have an idea of what we're all about. So they tend to shut us down pretty early on before we can even share a little message with them. :/

Oh well, just will mean that when we do find somebody it'll be that much better!

Oh, and I totally had an awesome Christmas! We had a huge mission-wide (all 10 miles of it) conference and everybody got together and we had a talent show, got to see the "Meet the Mormons" movie (Which is really cool! Go see it, now!) and had a little devotional at the end.

Also, snow is very nice for the first few days but now I'm sick of it and it's only January :(
